Facilitated pop-up sessions for caregivers and their children
We know that the first 6 years of a child's life are crucial for their future development. We also know parenting in the early years can be new and challenging for parents and caregivers.
Our Family Navigators invite parents and caregivers of children ages 0-6 to join us for a resource enriching experience. These free pop-up sessions provide a unique opportunity for parents and caregivers to learn, discuss, and connect in a warm and safe environment.
In this 1-hour workshop, families will come together to learn about a relevant early years topic facilitated by our Family Navigator and engage in meaningful conversations all while enjoying quality playtime with their little ones. Join us in this relaxed atmosphere where education meets connection.

Baby Massage
Navigating the Early Years is delighted to offer a FREE 4-Week Baby Massage Course in partnership with AltaVie Health.
Did you know, babies need massages just as adults do?! Infant massage can be a great tool to assess and treat soft tissue as well as muscles.
What You'll Learn:
Gentle massage techniques to soothe and relax your baby
Ways to enhance your baby's sleep and digestion
Tips for strengthening the parent-baby bond
Methods to support your baby's physical and emotional development
