Brandon’s Y is Sports Sports have given me so much throughout my lifetime. I’ve gained friends, a season of junior hockey, tournament trips around the world, and most importantly, mental strength and the means to adapt to life in a wheelchair.

YMCA Offers Free Access to Fire Evacuees

To support wildfire evacuees, the YMCA of Southern Interior BC is offering free access to our three Y-operated facilities in Kelowna including the Kelowna Family Y, the Downtown Y, and H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre.

From feeling lost, to finding hope

Lindsay finds more than expected in local employment program   This past year I wasn’t in a great place and didn’t have a lot of hope that anything would change. School was not going very well and I tried for months and months to find a job but the only ones I could get, if any, were in super stressful situations with unkind managers.

WMB Charity Golf tournament opens online auction with opportunity to bid on great prizes The YMCA of Southern Interior BC has announced this year’s dates for their annual Wilson M. Beck (WMB) Charity Golf Tournament Online Auction.

YMCA Fundraiser blows goal out of the water, raises over $204,000!

Funds raised at Cycle for Strong Kids will help over 1,500 local children, youth and families in need Pedals pumped, energy soared, and community spirit was high at Cycle for Strong Kids, which blew it’s $130,000 goal away raising a record breaking $204,000 plus!
